Darren Stiff has been involved with Life Resolutions since 2000, as business development manager and with its growth has taken on the role of counsellor/Therapist. Darren came from a management background before he joined the ambulance service in 1995. He qualified as a paramedic in 2001. Darren is a qualified therapist in Human Givens psychotherapy and counselling and has a keen interest in stress, its causes, effects, and means of prevention. Darren has continued to develop his stress management skills and qualified in Professional Relaxation Therapy and Hypnotherapy with the School of Natural Health Sciences. He is currently responsible for running the Life Resolutions work/life balance workshops,
