established life coaching techniques to help you achieve your best. You then agree with

the life coach certain goals to achieve and a review date to check on progress. This helps

you remain focused and prevents procrastination. This is all done in a relaxed manner and

We Coach in the way that suits you best. And can include:

 

· Face to face coaching. We feel that face-to-face coaching offers the most effective, rapid results. With this form of coaching the life coach can interpret both the verbal and non verbal forms of communication that we use and you to get the most out of each session. We do face to face coaching from our offices in Stowmarket or Ipswich, in your home or office (there is a travel charge involved), or face to face over the internet (you will need broadband, but we provide the software and equipment**).

 

· Telephone coaching. Phone coaching can be a very effective tool to keep you on track and unlike most other coaches we phone you, after all you’ve paid your money already so why should you pay extra for the phone call!

 

·  Coaching and support via email. Part of your coaching package can include email support and can be very useful for those with limited time and when printed off can act as a hard copy reminder of goals, things to do and  a positive affirmation that you are achieving.

 

· Face to face coaching and support via broadband internet. This is our newest form of coaching and is dependant on a Broadband internet connection. It involves reserving a certain amount of time in advance, and in the comfort of your own home communicating with a life coach in a way that you can both see each other. We provide all of the equipment* free of charge**
